  • Watch a live podcast on Colour Psychology and how upholsterers and Interior Designers can help customers pick the best fabrics for their homes.

Colour affects how we feel every day. Walking into a room can make you feel calm, energised, or uneasy without you knowing why. Interior designer Abigail Fleming from Ben the Hoose Interiors explains how colour influences wellbeing, mood and behaviour, and why it matters beyond looks.

Abigail will explore the psychology of colour, how to choose shades that support rest, connection and creativity, and how living with colours that suit you can improve comfort and belonging. If you like colour but don’t know how to use it, this podcast will help you see your space and yourself differently.

  • Watch a live discussion about their journey from a small studio in the Lake District, restoring vintage furniture to creating luxury textiles, bespoke cabinetry and tailored Interior Design.
